Eligibility and document collection:
Requirements: Registered Nurse in the Philippines with a valid license.
Documents: Submit the following documents and we will review your application.
- ID (Valid Passport)
- Diploma
- Valid Nursing License issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Work Experience Documents
- Health and Character Certifications
- PEOS & POEA certificates
Interview and employment process:
Interview:
- You will have an initial interview with us, as we screen you for selection.
- Once accepted, we will go through interview coaching
Employment:
- You will be having an interview with your future employer.
- Once accepted, you will receive an employment contract.
- With an employment contract we can then begin processing your documents, initiating processes in Germany.
German Language Course:
- We will enroll you in a German Language School
- Reach B1 Medical Terminology/B2 Level German language.
During your German courses, processing of your visa will happen in the end phase of your Language Studies. This process will take the longest with the timeframe being 8 to 10 months.
Departure:
- We will assist you in applying for your visa.
- We will book your flight and organize your travels.
Arrival:
- Upon arrival we will assist you to your new home.
- We will help you to be fully integrated in Germany (There will be no immediate work).
- You will begin and be compensated as an assistant nurse during this inital training phase.
